When will construction begin?

Due to the downturn in the economy, project funding for the construction of the project is unknown at this time. A construction schedule will be determined at a later date when funding is in place.

Will my property have access during construction?

The goal is to maintain property access during business hours throughout the duration of construction.  It is anticipated that there will be some stages of construction that will require temporary closures.  The times and duration of the closures will be coordinated with the individual property owners.

Will there be a roadway link between Harmon Avenue and Tropicana Avenue prior to the construction of the grade separation?

No temporary connection is planned.

Will additional right-of-way be required?

Yes.  The acquisition of the right-of-way is currently underway.

What is the right-of-way acquisition process?

Clark County Public Works will be contacting the property owners impacted by the project to provide additional information.
